Love this place!!! Wish I lived nearby! I had the vitality "burger" with coleslaw and it was really amazing!

My family and I were visiting Wekiva Springs and decided to stop in Mount Dora for lunch. I whipped out my Yelp app and found this little place. It wasn't hard to find and the ambiance and venue is VERY nice and relaxing. Now, the food was pretty good. The menu, not overwhelming but informative. My mom and I ordered the 'burgers' with portabella mushrooms and onion 'bread' while my dad ordered the 'lasagna'. One thing that was amazing was the home-made ginger ale. It had some really great kick to it and was amazing to have! My father says the lasagna should've been served hot. We were informed that heating the food would 'kill the food'. The 'burgers' were... Pretty good, though I felt like I was eating a salad between sandwich wraps. They were as advertised though and quite tasty. I must say though, I am a strong meat lover. I don't think I could live without chicken, pork and other beloved meats, so this was an experience. I would come here again if I were a vegetarian or a vegan but as a meat-lover, I feel like I need to eat some good, fried chicken afterwards.

I would give VB 10 stars if I could! Although I don't live near Mount Dora, I have family there, so I am fortunate enough to visit several times a year. The food here is of the highest quality....hence the price. I feel it is totally worth it. I am vegan but do not adhere strictly to a raw diet; I do love it when available. My recent visit was for lunch. We started out with two of the Vitality Green Smoothies. Now, I make green smoothies every day at home, and these are just crazy good....maybe the homemade almond milk is the key! Super smooth and creamy. On this day, they asked if the smoothies could be made with mango rather than pineapple, which is my preference anyway. I ordered the Pad Thai.....fresh beyond words, delicious red chili sauce, just perfect. The lunch portion was plenty, and it was accompanied by a side salad of fresh greens. My husband had the Rawsiago Sandwich, which he loves. The onion "bread" is a favorite of his. If I lived closer (and hope to someday) I would possibly go broke eating here. I love the atmosphere & enjoy bringing non-vegans to taste the good life. If you've never sampled true, high quality vegan food, please give Vitality Bistro a go! They will prepare a healthy, energizing, memorable meal, I assure you.

I ordered the portabella pizza boats and they were very good and flavorful! This restaurant is a bit on the pricey side but knowing you are getting all natural vegan food is worth it.

This was absolutely the best vegan raw I have ever had the honor to eat! Delightful menu and wine list. Desserts are FABULOUS! I cannot wait to visit again and dine here again. Service was A plus. Worth every dollar. Rawviolis are a must have.

Incredible food! Very relaxing ambiance and atmosphere! Lovely serving staff! The best meal my boyfriend and I had during our stay in Florida. Even better than the famous raw, vegan, organic places we frequent at home in Los Angeles! I am serious! What a special oasis...a pleasure to experience :))

Never before have I eaten foods that made my body feel so alive. In this Vitality succeeds hands down. There is a quaint home grown feel and an ethos printed on the menu that is so sustainable I wonder how these people can maintain such high standards in quality. In short, the best tasting and feeling health food I've yet to come across.

The bistro is located in a huge building on the first level. Parking is easy either on the street or in public parking spaces. When I walked into Vitality Bistro, I felt I had walked into a spa, and that I was not appropriately dressed as I was not wearing yoga clothes. Not to worry, I still felt comfortable in this clear and clean space meant to nourish in every way. It seems as if a lot of loving thought and energy went into creating this space, and this I appreciate. The food is fresh. I enjoyed a real tomato basil soup, along with a sandwich which included tomato and avocado. Everything was delicious and nourishing. The service is friendly, and I was impressed with the technology used for orders and cashing out. If you are ever in the area looking for honest, healthy, delicious vegan food, stop by Vitality Bistro.

Five stars for offering raw fod in Mount Dora. Five stars for the atmosphere. Chic & stylish and you feel as if you could be in NYC. Five stars for the great menu selection. Five stars for the varied, interesting wines. Five stars for the view out to the town and the lake. One star for noisy blenders drowning out conversations. Two stars for me being hungry after two dishes (but that's not necessarily the restaurant's fault). It happened to me at Pure in NYC but did not happen to me at Roxanne's when it was in Larkspur, CA. That was the best! Price is completely in line with raw food establishments around the country. I enjoyed it and will definitely return. A lovely spot!

I have no idea what exactly they're doing back there in that kitchen, but this food is deee-licious. Nothing is cooked, processed or otherwise mishandled, and the taste shows through. The mini Cleopatra salad that accompanied my entree was absolutely stellar and full of flavor even though there were very few ingredients. It even had a crunch factor without the traditional croutons. (Buckwheat sprouts are the secret.) The Heirloom Lasagna was a perfectly filling lunch, and it had everything: texture, color, flavor, and even an odd little look on the plate. Despite everything being made fresh, it didn't take long for the food to arrive. The servers take orders via iPhone and process your check the same way -- all tableside. Why aren't all restaurants doing this?

What a charming and accommodating place to get "good" food. This place is like no other and will be happy to customize accordingly. I can't wait to attend their educational class to learn more.

I went there to be a guest on a friend's national radio that we did satellite from the restaurant. They were amazingly kind and our meals were completely free. But I insisted on getting food to go to buy for my better half because it was THAT good. Beautiful people, decor, ambiance and the food! WOW! The smoothies they make are out of this world (loved their seasonal egg nog smoothie) and the grilled "cheez" sandwich was divine. I didn't even need a dessert as the food was so amazingly good and filling. I'd go back in a heartbeat and plan on making the drive soon to do just that! Raw vegan at its BEST!

The Mediterranean Pizza was amazing. On the smaller size definitely a personal size pizza if your hungry. I had the rooibos tea of the day was great and my boyfriend had the discovery amber ale was great as well. Clean and friendly service!!! A must for the healthy foodie

The food is good, but staff is unwelcoming, policies odd, and prices too high. I went in on a Tuesday and tried to order the special at a friend's suggestion, but was told I couldn't have it to take out because they make a limited amount and there wouldn't be enough to go around. While the information is posted on the website, it is not posted at the restaurant. I had to wonder who they were saving this food for - obviously not a paying customer. There was only one occupied table in the restaurant at the time - not like folks were lined up at the door to buy the special. Since selling food seems to be their business, I was truly baffled. They said I could order anything else on the menu to go, so it wasn't for lack of containers. So, I'll save some money and eat somewhere else.
